You don't have to be a professional to justify doing art. There are different levels of commitment and that is ok.

Sometimes, organizing your workspace can be just as satisfying as creating new art. Going through your supplies can remind you of material or surfaces you had forgotten you have.

I am going to re-post my blogs from Spokane Art School mid-week. You don't have to re-read them but I wanted to be able to find them. This first one is about making a commitment to creating and not waiting for the creative spirit to move you. It isn't always easy, but often times it is more rewarding for the effort.
